1. The top native born Mexican player on the Official World Golf Ranking as of February 19, 2018.
2. The top 50 players, including any players tied for 50th place, from Official World Golf Ranking on February 19, 2018.
3. The top 50 players, including any players tied for 50th place, from Official World Golf Ranking on February 26, 2018.
4. The top 30 players from the final 2017 FedExCup points list.
5. The top 10 players from the FedExCup Points List as of February 26, 2018.
6. The top 20 players from the final 2017 European Tour Order of Merit.
7. The top 10 players from the European Tour Order of Merit as of February 19, 2018.
8. The top 2 players from the final 2017 Japan Golf Tour Order of Merit.
9. The top 2 players from the final 2017 Australasian Tour Order of Merit.
10. The top 2 players from the final 2017 Sunshine Tour Order of Merit.
11. The top 2 players from the final 2017 Asian Golf Tour Order of Merit.

それぞれ以下のような内容です。（※便宜上カテゴリーにランクナンバーを振っています）

1. 2/19時点でのWGR最上位者のメキシコ人選手
2. 2/19時点でのWGRトップ50
3. 2/26時点でのWGRトップ50
4. 前シーズンFedExCupトップ30
5. 2/26時点でのFedExCupランクトップ10

なお、8.~11.の出場資格については、該当する選手がそれより上位のカテゴリーで出場資格を得た場合、次点の選手が繰り上がりで出場資格を得ることができます。（それぞれのツアーからの出場者は必ず2名になるということです）
