13. Winner of the 2018 U.S. Mid-Amateur (Must be an amateur)
14. Top 60 in the Official World Golf Ranking as of May 20, 2019

16. Special exemptions as selected by the USGA

14. 5/20時点のWGRトップ60（WEEK 20）

※アマチュア優勝の出場資格についてはアマチュア時のみ出場可能で、プロに転向した時点で資格を喪失します。

全米オープンは上記出場資格以外に、アメリカを中心に予選会が行われており、出場権を得ることができます。

前年からの変更点は以下の通りです。

・「直近BMW PGAチャンピオンシップ優勝者」のカテゴリがBMW PGAの開催時期が9月に変更となったために出場資格に含まれていません（2018年の優勝者は2018年の全米OPの出場資格を得たため）。
