   ※全米アマは決勝トーナメントはマッチプレー形式のため、必ず2位は1名になります。
8. 直近全英アマ優勝者
9. 直近アジアパシフィックアマ優勝者
10. 直近ラテンアメリカアマ優勝者
11. 直近全米ミッドアマ優勝者
12. 前年マスターズ12位タイ以内
13. 前年全米オープン4位タイ以内
