松山英樹、大舞台でパット決め続けるハートがすごい

今回は勿論HSBCの話題です。フェニックスに勝ったときもキャディーメモありましたよね。

初日2日目のバーディラッシュはすごかったですね。特に初日はパーオン率が12/18でバーディ10ですから、バーディチャンスのほとんどを決めていたといってもいいと思います。2日目は16/18でバーディ9ですから初日ほどではないにせよ、それでも18ホールで半分バーディというのはすごいです。1人だけ1日27ホールぐらい回っていたんじゃないかと思えるぐらいのバーディ数ですよねｗ
パターの感触についてはドイツバンクの第3ラウンドぐらいから少しずつ良くなってきているような感じがそれぞれのインタビューを聞いていて思っていましたが、ツアチャンぐらいからは本当に良くなってきましたね。元々はパターのうまい選手でしたが芝が毎週変わることでなかなかアジャストしていくのが大変だったのかなと思ったりしてました。打ち方も少しずつ変えながら芝になれていったのかなと。はまるとこんなに入るのかと進藤さんが驚くのも頷けますね。36ホールで19バーディなんて普通そんなに入ると思わないですものねｗ

3日目の18番セカンドショットは何度見てもすばらしいです。通常は2打差あったわけだし右には池があって左はバンカーなので進藤さんの勧め通りレイアップを選択する場面だと思います。私も中継見ながら最初はレイアップするだろうと思っていましたが、前の組がグリーン上にいる間に2打目を打たないのを見ていて「あーこれは狙うんだな！」とドキドキしました。あの場面で躊躇なく振りぬけるのはすごいですよね。最終日ももう7打差ついているのにそれでも2オン狙いに行くのですから本当に強心臓です。でも決してむやみに攻めているわけでもないんですよね。16番はワンオン可能なパー4でしたが、ここはたぶん4日間ずっと刻んでいるんですよね。たぶん右に曲げたときに大きなトラブルになるのでそのトラブルを最初から避けたマネジメントをしていたのだと思います。闇雲に突撃するのではなくしっかりとマネジメントを練りながら、それでいけると判断したときには多少のリスク覚悟で打っていけるのですから本当にすごいです。

今回の優勝で国内のファンだけでなく、海外の多くのゴルフファンがいつか必ずメジャーをとる選手だと認識したのではないかと思います。進藤さんがおっしゃっている通り、普段どおりできれば必ずその日はやってくると思います。それが来年の4月にきたら嬉しいですね。

ツアチャンから好調のパットが今週特に1日目2日目に冴え、最終的なパーオン時の平均パット数で1位になっています。特に初日の1.167という数字は驚異的ですね！（12回中10回が1パット）FWキープ率は特に2日目に下がっていましたが松山くんの場合はラフだったとしてもそんなに曲がってるわけでなないことが多いため大きなトラブルにはなりにくく、パーオン率の全体の10位ということで問題なかったと思います。相変わらず強みはパー4の安定感でパー3では4日間通してイーブンのスコアに対しパー4は-12となっています。パー5で伸ばすのはもちろんですが、パー4でもしっかり伸ばせているのがよかったですね。

FWキープ率・パーオン率共に先週より悪くなっています。パーオン率に関しては下がったとはいえ高い数値なので問題ないですね。FWキープ率はもうすこし上がって欲しいと思います。とはいえまだ2試合でのスタッツなので年明けどうなるかというところですかね。2017年に入ればSGの値も表示されてきますし。バーディ率、スコアリングアベレージに関してはすばらしい数値です。特にスコアリングアベレージ67台は驚異的ですねｗ　そしてシーズン始まったばかりとはいえFedExCupランク1位というのは嬉しいですね～！　PGAツアーのサイトのトップに名前表示されますからね！！
